5 Easy Steps To Sponsoring More MLM Distributors
To answer some questions that I often receive, I have outlined a simple five step process that will allow you to sponsor as many distributors as you want, starting now. Of course, the sponsoring process in real life is much more sophisticated than this, but breaking it down into simple and understandable steps would surely help you gain a clear picture or blue print of what it really takes to succeed in MLM recruiting. This works both offline and online.1. Establish trust first. The meeting point between your business and the customers is not your product or comp plan -- it is you. This is the reason why heavy hitters know better. They invest in the relationship, because they know that bombarding your prospect with a sales pitch is useless if no trust and rapport is built. Im not saying that you should make every prospect your best friend. You should establish trust to the point that people feel comfortable around you and at least curious or interested in what you have to say next. 2. Know what the prospect needs. This is a marketing cliche' but we can't do anything about it because it's true. If you're working on a face to face selling aspect, it is important to find the needs of your prospect by asking effective, astute questions. if you're working on an online marketing basis, it is important to do some market research to find the needs of your target market before ever writing a sales letter of any kind. 3. Craft your presentation in words they want to hear. This is where you provide the solution to your customer's problems. You have already established trust. You are also aware of their needs and wants...now it's time to present your expertise, your product and your business opportunity as the best solution to their problems. 4. Ask for the order/approval of the sign up form. This is important. Most networkers simply don't ask for the order. They wait for the prospect to VOLUNTEER to join their MLM. This happens rarely. If you're working online through your sales letters, make sure that your copy is good, and that you have an iron clad guarantee coupled with an irresistible offer to buy now (sometimes, fear of loss is the most effective buying emotion). 5. Follow up with and nurture your customers/downline members. When someone buys from you or joins your downline, it's not the end of story. your repeat residual income will depend on how you follow up with, nurture, and train existing distributors. You don't have to treat them as your kids, but you have to be leader who they can turn to for positive advice and practical tips that work.
